She has partnered with law firm Managing Partners on all aspects of financial and operational strategy to improve the financial health and profitability of law firms. This includes AI-driven modernization and strategic plans that delivered 20%+ revenue growth. With deep finance and operations experience, she founded FFA to make elite-level leadership accessible to firms like yours.
Jeff Marquis: Principal
A CPA, CFA, and Harvard-trained finance leader, Mr. Marquis has reengineered financial teams for law firms, hospitality giants, and e-commerce pioneers. He brings operational rigor, tech fluency, and a builder’s mindset to every engagement, delivering financial leadership that enables confident growth.
